Do I have to integrate with my PMS?

Is this HIPAA compliant?

What about recording laws and patient consent?

Sugarbot Notes uses audio recording to capture clinical information, but recording laws vary by state. Most states are "one-party consent," meaning only one person involved (e.g., the provider) needs to consent. Some states require "all-party consent," meaning everyone being recorded must agree.
